Tommy Lee, 44, & Pamela Anderson, 39, were spotted in Santa Monica on Monday. The "on-and-off again" pair were macking in their car without thinking anyone would snap a photo. Clearly Tommy just can't get his hands off our Canadian born Pam!
The couple were eating at lavish restaurant, 'The Ivy', with sons Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 9.
All I have to say is...this seems like they couldn't find anyone else to spend a life with so they are going back to their known "Hepititis C partner". One things for sure...that makeout is HAWT!!!

The Ivy is not a 'lavish' restaurant!
It's like a quaint little cottage...where they charge you $40US for a salad. Which unfortunately made BOTH of my dining companions sick.
But I wasn't so that's okay. And they work for competing shows...so, well...assess for yourself.
